Innocent fishing brought a monstrous crab to the surface of the water

A photo that is causing a stir on social media in Britain shows two children fishing for stingrays in a river, when above the surface of the water are visible the two enormous arms of a monstrous crab, which was waiting for the moment to attack the children.

Not-so-conventional fishing: Two children tried to catch stingrays on a pier in their hometown Whitstable in Kent, UK, were amazed to discover that their bait brought to the surface one of the largest crabs in the ocean.

The children were unaware of the enormous danger they were in, and continued fishing for quail.

Passersby who passed by began to shout, and the crab quickly slipped back into the water.

The photo caused a stir in the city and later on social media, but marine experts were quick to point out that they believe the photo is fake, since crabs of this size, if they exist at all, do not reach such shallow water, but are found deep in the ocean.
