""Your hug strengthens Gil-Ad, Naftali and Eyal. Continue to give us strength" - this is what Bat Galim Sha'er, Gil-Ad's mother, from the settlement of Talmon, said this evening (Sunday), with tears in her eyes. Bat Galim came out to the media waiting outside her home, and addressed the kidnapping incident for the first time. "We are going through a difficult time these days," she said. "I want to hug the people of Israel with a big hug, a hug of gratitude. A hug of thanks. A hug of prayer. We feel your hug all the time. It gives us a lot of strength. And that's what keeps us going in these difficult days. "We are transferring all of your positive energies to our Gil-Ad. Gil-Ad is strong, I'm sure Naftali and Eyal are strong too. I want to ask the people of Israel: Continue to pray, to be together. Continue to give strength to our children. With God's help, with this togetherness we will succeed. Sha'er thanked everyone involved in the complicated task of searching for her son and his two friends: "We love you and feel your embrace very strongly. From the Prime Minister to the last soldier, you are doing everything possible to bring our sons back - I want to strengthen everyone's hands and say thank you very much." This morning, Rachel Frankel, the mother of the kidnapped Naftali Frankel from Ayalon, sent a message to her son: "Naftali, your father and mother love you endlessly and the people of Israel are turning the world upside down to bring you home.".
