The police today (Wednesday) summoned right-wing activist Mordechai David and media figure Eyal Berkowitz for questioning, after a video showing David "blocking" Berkowitz's vehicle with his body, while it continued driving, was distributed on social media.
David has already been questioned and released under restrictive conditions.
Berkowitz is expected to appear for questioning soon.
The police statement said: Investigators at the Glilot police station in the Yarkon region summoned two people involved for questioning following documentation that was distributed online at the beginning of the week, in which suspicion arose of blocking a vehicle and reckless driving while endangering human life.
One of those involved, a Bnei Brak resident in his 20s, was questioned today under caution at the police station on suspicion of violations of privacy, public nuisance, and disorderly conduct in a public place. At the end of his questioning, he was released under restrictive conditions, and the investigation is ongoing.
