According to the bill, the agreements signed between Israel and the PLO and the Palestinian Authority will be fully annulled and will no longer bind the State of Israel or anyone on its behalf.

In addition, it is proposed to repeal the legislation intended to implement the Oslo Accords and restore the situation to its original state, as it was before the signing of the agreements.

The explanatory notes to the proposal state that the Oslo Accords led to "thousands of peace victims," harmed Israel's security, and created a reality that allowed Palestinian terrorism to grow over the years, until the October 7 disaster.

MK Limor Son Har MelShe said ahead of the discussion: "After thirty years of attacks, retreats and bloodshed, everyone understands that it is time to stop being afraid and tell the truth. The Oslo Accords did not bring peace but terror, not security but Jewish blood spilled in the streets, towns and cities of Israel.".

""The Oslo Accords were a message of weakness towards the enemy and a message for him that he could trade in the Land of Israel. Over the years, it has been proven beyond all doubt what happens when you give power, weapons and territory to an enemy whose goal is to eliminate the State of Israel. The State of Israel must free itself from these failed agreements and return to its hands full responsibility for the security of its citizens and its sovereignty.".

""I call on the members of the ministerial committee to support the bill and take a historic step of national amendment.".

The Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben Gvir"The Oslo Accords were a national disaster that brought terror, blood, and bereavement to the State of Israel. After thirty years, the time has come to say with a clear voice: The concept has collapsed, Oslo is dead, and the State of Israel must free itself from these dangerous agreements.".

""I congratulate MK Limor Son Har Melech on the important and courageous bill. This is a proposal for a historic amendment, for returning sovereignty, responsibility and security to the hands of the State of Israel. Whoever wants security for the citizens of Israel must support the cancellation of the Oslo Accords."
