The Arab parties are forming a three-party list that unites Hadash, Balad, and Ta'al, without Ra'am.

According to a report today (Wednesday) in 'Kan News', all parties confirm that they have reached a transition stage from the joint list to two lists, and at this stage the three parties estimate that they will be able to establish a list together within a few days.

Yesterday, as part of efforts to revive the Joint List, representatives of the National Committee of Arab Local Authorities met in Sakhnin with the heads of the four parties, in an attempt to reach a negotiated settlement.

The meeting ended without a breakthrough, with the parties leaving the room more pessimistic than ever.

Sources involved in the talks admitted that they are closer to running on two separate lists than to agreeing on one unified list.

According to the report, after the meeting of the four party leaders last week, it was already clear that things were not going in a positive direction. This was after the impression was received in the three parties that Ra'am had piled up difficulties and added new conditions to the negotiations after the parties agreed to a technical list.

Another meeting of the party leaders was supposed to take place tomorrow, but there are doubts whether it will convene.

Hadash Secretary General Amjad Shvita said today that the announcement of the establishment of a joint tripartite list of Hadash, Balad, and Ta'al is expected to be made public in the coming days.

In an interview with Radio Al-Nas, Shabita noted that the talks between the three parties are at an advanced stage, and that there is an agreement in principle among them to move forward with a joint run in the upcoming elections within a single political framework.
