
The Ministry of Defense published the assignments of ministers and MKs to cemeteries on Memorial Day.
The leaders of the Haredi factions - Yitzhak Goldknopf, Moshe Gafni and Michael Malchieli, as well as the Arab Knesset members - were not assigned to any military cemetery.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yisrael Katz will participate in the main state ceremony on Mount Herzl.
Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben-Gvir, will represent the government at the ceremony to be held at the Dimona cemetery.
Minister of Aliyah and Absorption, Ofir Sofer, represented the government at the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul, Tel Aviv.
Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich will attend the ceremony in Kfar Etzion.
MK Meir Porush represented the Knesset at the ceremony in Eilat.
MK Yoav Ben-Zur will participate in the ceremony on the Mount of Olives (upper section), where opposition leader Yair Lapid will also speak.
MK Yosef Taib was assigned to the cemetery in Beer Sheva, Yonatan Mashriki to Safed, Yaakov Margi to Kiryat Ata, Moshe Aboutbul to Rehovot. Benny Gantz was assigned to the Sderot section, Minister Miri Regev will arrive in Holon, Minister Nir Barkat to the Bedouin monument at the HaMovil junction. Minister Yariv Levin will participate in the ceremony in Kiryat Gat.
The ceremonies at the military cemeteries will begin around 11:00 a.m. with the sounding of the memorial siren.
