He noticed that his apartment had been broken into and the safe had been removed. By watching the security cameras, he discovered that the burglar was his 16-year-old son along with his friends.

On May 23, a police complaint was received about a break-in to an apartment in Galilee, from which the safe, which was fixed to the wall, 12,000 shekels, passports, and valuable gold jewelry were stolen.

Upon receiving the report, Northern District police launched an investigation, during which security cameras were collected - and the father of the family identified his son, a 16-year-old boy, as the one who broke into the apartment through the window, broke a glass door, stole the items and fled the apartment.

The investigation also revealed that since the boy did not receive money from his parents, he made up his mind to break in and steal his parents' property - and in the evening, when they left their house, he carried out his plan.

In addition, the defendant threatened in messages he sent to his father: "Tonight, my grandmother and my uncle's house were shot," and "Mom, now you will hide like you hid the tickets.".

Upon completion of the investigation phase, an indictment was filed against the 16-year-old defendant in the Haifa Juvenile Magistrate's Court for breaking into a residence, aggravated theft, threats, and intentional damage to property.
