The two, a minor and an adult, residents of East Jerusalem, were arrested in a proactive operation by police officers from the Modi'in station, near the forest in Modi'in.

Meanwhile, Modi'in police officers brought the two to court today (Sunday) for a detention extension hearing, in accordance with the needs of the investigation, at the conclusion of which their detention was extended by two days.

At the same time, a 29-year-old resident of the city of Araba in the Galilee was arrested by the Northern District police on suspicion of incitement, after he posted a story that read: "God, return this fire and make it scorching for them, and let it reach the depths of their security...""

The arrest was made after the police received several reports of a post distributed on the young man's account, which contained content suspected of constituting an incitement offense.

In the story, along with photos he uploaded from the centers of the fires that broke out in the country, he wrote: "God, replace their security with fear. God, burn them alive as they burned the residents of Gaza, and let this fire leave none of them and spare them or those who helped them." "God, turn our entire country into hell for them.".

After collecting findings and examining them together with the relevant authorities, it was decided that the words he said were suspicious of a crime of incitement, and yesterday the suspect was arrested for questioning at the police station.

Today his detention was extended at the Acre Magistrate's Court until 07/05/25.
