Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu attacked Qatar this evening (Saturday) - the country that mediates between Israel and the terrorist organization Hamas - and said that the Gulf state should stop playing a double game - and that it must choose a side: whether it is in favor of Israel or with the murderous terrorist organization Hamas.
Netanyahu wrote on his office's official X account in English: "The time has come for Qatar to stop playing both sides with its double talk and decide whether it is on the side of civilization or on the side of Hamas's barbarism. Israel will win this just war by fair means.".
According to a report on the 'Walla' website, the Prime Minister's Office says that this is a response to the opinion submitted by Qatar to the International Court of Justice in The Hague, which discussed the legality of Israeli measures against UNRWA.
Qatar's message that preceded Netanyahu's tweet was: "Israel is committing genocide in Gaza.".
Qatar claimed in its opinion that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza and that Israel has always viewed the UN as "a thorn in its colonial project.".
It should be noted that President Trump is expected to visit Qatar in 10 days.
