Hasidic singer and songwriter Simcha Friedman in a special collaboration with singer, songwriter and guitarist Barak Grossberg in an energetic duet with the times - accompanied by a special concept music video featuring numerous replicas across the country of the original 770 building in Brooklyn.

The two have collaborated on stage many times, but a chance meeting on Shabbat at the Chabad community in Lod gave rise to their first official collaboration, adapted to the times - a refreshing performance of the Hasidic niggun known as the Chabad Simcha Kam't Nigun.

Producer Efi Shiner was in charge of the musical production.

On the melody, Barak and Simcha wrote words that express faith and confidence in the Holy One, Blessed be He, especially in these days - God always protects us from all our enemies, in the true and complete redemption that will soon come in our days.

The elaborate clip, produced by director and screenwriter Eyal Zion, reveals numerous replicas across the country of Building 770, the Lubavitcher Rebbe's seminary in Brooklyn, with the first and most well-known replica being in Kfar Chabad, which was built according to the Rebbe's instructions in 1986.

The two move between replicas from south to north across the country, with the most notable of their buildings being Building 770 in the city of Sderot, which was hit by rockets from Gaza during the war, a place that serves as the city's Chabad house headed by Rabbi Moshe Ze'ev Pizem.

Simha and Barak cheer on soldiers serving in the area during the clip.

Simcha is a well-known Hasidic singer with over 18 million views on his YouTube channel. Barak is a Tel Aviv Baal Teshuvah, the son of rock producer Shaul Grossberg. Barak became close to Chabad Hasidism after starring on many stages in Tel Aviv.

In recent years, he has begun to stand out on the Jewish scene. About a year ago, he released a similar arrangement of the famous tune "Hey Tsema" with Ariel Zilber, which is widely played on radio stations and streaming.

The collaboration between Simcha and Barak brings to the screen a refreshing connection of worlds between the current of the Ba'al-Teshuvah and those who grew up in a Jewish-Hasidic home with roots. And the result - an energetic and Hasidic hit!

Turn on the speakers and start dancing.
