IDF forces in the Southern Command attacked in the northern Gaza Strip yesterday (Thursday), eliminating a terrorist who was planning to carry out terrorist attacks against IDF forces in the immediate future.
In addition, the terrorist acted to direct terrorist plots within the territory of the State of Israel and posed an immediate threat.
IDF forces in the Southern Command are deployed in the region in accordance with the agreement and will continue to act to remove any immediate threat.
