United Hatzalah medical teams provided first aid and saved the life of a 70-year-old man who was suffering from an allergy attack in Kibbutz Beit Kama.
Oren Gonen, a United Hatzalah medic who injected him with an EpiPen, said: "We were told at the scene that he had been stung by bees and as a result he developed a severe allergic reaction that threatened his life. I gave him life-saving medical treatment using an EpiPen syringe (an automatic syringe used to inject a measured amount of adrenaline) and after his condition stabilized he was taken to a hospital for further treatment.""
