Media personality Yedidia Meir, who often encourages the study of Daf Yomi in his weekly column in the newspaper Besheva, published an invitation on his Facebook page today (Monday) to join the study of Tractate Rosh Hashana. "Hello, this is Yedidia from the marketing department of Daf Yomi," Meir began the post.
""We have an attractive offer for new customers who are afraid to commit to long periods: Starting this morning, you are invited to join the course of a page every day in the Rosh Hashanah tractate, and in just over a month, on the 1st of Kislev, you will finish the short tractate!"'
Yedidia added: "A special opportunity to join hundreds of thousands around the world who are already members of the Daf Yomi Gold Club and launch the beginning of winter and the post-holiday period with regular, satisfying study, filled with a sense of stability (and this is apart from the enriching learning experience and the commandment of Talmud Torah).
