Fear of attack: 17,000 evacuated from northern Gaza to UNRWA camps

How many were killed in the Gaza Strip? דובר צה"ל פרסם היום נתונים ולפיהם מתחילת המבצע בוצעו כ-1,320 תקיפות ברחבי רצועת עזה. בין היתר הותקפו 750 משגרים, 130 מפקדות, 163 מוקדים החשודים כפתחי מנהרות, 64 מחנות אימונים ו-34 מוסדות שלטון. על פי דיווחי משרד הבריאות הפלסטיני נכון לשעות הצהרים, 164 בני אדם נהרגו בתקיפות צה"ל, ויותר מ-1,000 איש נפצעו. אנשי מגן דוד אדום טיפלו ביום החמישי למבצע ב-44 בני אדם, מתוכם 5 פצועים, 14 שנפצעו בדרכם לממ"ד ו-21 נפגעי חרדה. מתחילת המבצע טיפלו כוחות מד"א ב-208 בני אדם. כמה דקות לפני השעה 06:00 בבוקר שוגרו רקטות מרצועת עזה לעבר ישראל, 3 מהן יורטו בשמי רמלה ועוד אחת מעל אשדוד. בין השאר, נשמעו אזעקות בנמל התעופה בן גוריון, במודיעין עילית, בבית דגן ובצריפין, ברחובות ובנס ציונה, בראשון לציון ובאשדוד, ביד מרדכי ובכמה מיישובי עוטף עזה.
