Ingredients:

4 pieces of skinless salmon weighing 200 grams each.

200 ml soy sauce

200 grams brown sugar

400 ml orange juice

100 ml white wine

Preparation method:

• In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce, sugar, and white wine.

• Heat only until the sugar is completely dissolved. Cool and mix well with the orange juice.

• Place the salmon pieces in a box or tray with high sides and pour the orange sauce over them.

• Soak the salmon for 4-12 hours.

• Preheat the oven to high heat, about 250-300 degrees.

• Arrange the salmon pieces on a baking tray with high edges and pour a little of the marinade up to 1/4 of the height of the salmon.

• Place in the oven to bake for 6-15 minutes, until the salmon is done. Be careful not to burn the sauce. If necessary, you can add a little more sauce while baking.

Can be served with white rice and sautéed mushrooms.
