Some were on their desks, some were sent from them or to them, and many were written by them or signed by them.

Among the special and personal items are: a page of fates handwritten by the Kabbalist Rabbi Kaduri, a letter from Rabbi Wasner, author of Shevat Halevi, Torah novellas from the Steifler's desk, a Responsorial Psalm of Yachava Da'at with the dedication of Rabbi Ovadia at the beginning of the book he authored, documents signed by the Chazo's brother, a letter from the father of Rabbi Elyashiv, zt"l, who was the rabbi of Hummel, a postcard written by Rabbi Mazuz, a letter from the Ger"sh Shkop, a receipt from Rabbi Isser Zalman Meltzer, a letter from the father of Rabbi Kook, and many other interesting items.

One of them is a bundle of papers and Torah novellas from the desk of the late Steifler. It is in fact a shroud of writings of Torah novellas as well as drafts of writings on various subjects that he wrote for himself. Among the material found are Torah novellas explaining the distinction between exchange and desecration, a draft of a dedication to a benefactor of one of his books, proof sheets from his books, a list of the letters of the alphabet in square handwriting for the purpose of teaching his grandchildren the letters, and more.

Alongside these, there are also special and some rare books - Likutei Hilchot, first edition, published by a student of Rabbi Nachman. This is the book Likutei Hilchot on Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim, Part One, by Rabbi Natan Sternhaerts, a student of Rabbi Nachman of Breslov, who wrote it according to his rabbi's orders.
