Family members of the kidnapped boys Sha'ar and Ifrach arrived at the Frankel family home this morning for what they described as "a gathering of solidarity and self-reinforcement.". The Shaar and Frankel families met through their sons' friendship and their studies in the same class at the yeshiva. Gil-Ad's parents, Bat Galim and Ofir Sha'ar, came from Talmon and Eyal's parents, Iris and Uri, came from the city of Elad. The meeting was attended by only the parents, with no other people present, and lasted a long hour. This is the first time the families have met since the kidnapping more than four days ago, after previously being in contact by phone. Eli Yemini, a representative of the Sha'ar family, told the Walla website: "The family saw that a shared hug between the families would strengthen everyone, so they turned to the other families with a request to hold a meeting in order to strengthen and be strengthened.
