Iran continues its missile attack on Israel this morning (Monday) - hours after an earlier barrage launched at large areas across the country.

In the latest wave of launches, alerts were activated in Haifa, the Kiryat, Nesher, Tirat Carmel, Acre, Karmiel, Nazareth, Nof HaGalil, Migdal HaEmek, Shfaram and many other communities in the Galilee, the valleys, the Carmel and the Gulf. Later, alarms were also sounded in Safed, Rosh Pina, Hatzor HaGlilit, Katzrin, the settlements along the confrontation line and large parts of the Upper Galilee and the Golan Heights.

Shortly thereafter, the shooting spread to the center of the country. Alarms were activated in Tel Aviv, Bnei Brak, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Holon, Bat Yam, Petah Tikva, Kiryat Ono, Or Yehuda and Ganei Tikva. Iranian media reported attacks in Tehran, Isfahan, and Karaj, as well as damage to the Mehrabad airport and a petrochemical facility in the city of Mashhad.

According to various reports, explosions were heard in several locations across Iran and about 15 attacks were carried out. The Revolutionary Guards confirmed that Israel had attacked the country's territory and claimed that ballistic missiles were used.

The small political-security cabinet is expected to convene during the day to discuss the continuation of the campaign against Iran.
