Why is there no awareness of the rights of sick children?

For about two years now I have been at home due to illness, studying with private teachers under the Ministry of Education. I thought to myself that perhaps they are familiar with the service in certain institutions, but are afraid that a female teacher will come to teach the son or that there are no teachers who teach religious subjects, etc. - which is actually not true, because you choose which subjects you require help with, and there are many teachers who are qualified and knowledgeable for this. You, of course, can ask for a male teacher for a son, and a female teacher for a daughter. בשורה התחתונה: לא ייתכן שמכל סיבה שהיא תלמיד שצריך להחסיר לימודים ירגיש אבוד בכל החומר שהפסיד, ואבוד גם נפשית מחוסר מעש, לצד היציאה מן המסגרת החברתית-לימודית. אני קורא להורים שילדם חולה או מכירים בן משפחה שאינו גולש באינטרנט ולא קורא את דבריי - ויש לו בן\בת חולה, שיידעו אותו על השירות הזה, כדי שיפנה להנהלת המוסד, על מנת שיגישו בקשה למשרד החינוך. כשנודע לי המצב לא יכולתי שלא לחשוב על ילדים או נערים בני גילי, שאני חווה ומכיר את מצבם, ונמצאים במצוקה חברתית ולימודית מתמדת, רק בגלל חוסר ידע. דרשו את הזכות, תתנו את הטוב ביותר למען ילדכם\ן. גם אם אינכם בטוחים לגבי זכאות הבעיה הרפואית, יהיו מי שיתנו לכם תשובות במוקדי משרד החינוך.
