The District Court today (Monday) rejected the appeal filed by 51 of the suspects arrested on suspicion of involvement in a break-in into the yard of the home of Deputy Supreme Court President Noam Solberg in the town of Alon Shvut - and causing damage to the house's flower pots and windows.

According to a report by Liran Tamari from Ynet, in accordance with the decision, they will remain in detention until Wednesday.

According to a report by Yoeli Barim from Channel 13, the man from Beit Shemesh who was arrested yesterday by detectives from the Shi'ite District Police Department while driving in his vehicle near the 'Tunnel Checkpoint' was arrested because he refused to hand over to the police the footage he took during the riot in front of the Judge's House.

The 26-year-old man joined the protesters as a photographer and documented the riot. The police are demanding that he receive the memory card with the photos and recordings, but for now he is refusing to give the police the incriminating recordings.

Because of this, he was arrested.
