Ronen Katz appointed head of current affairs department at Kol Barama radio'

As part of his role, Katz will be responsible for the development and promotion of the five current affairs programs broadcast daily on the station: Hadash al-Boqor, Yashar v'al-Yin', Ya'an al-Yaman, HaMahadho'tserit, and Philpolitica.

Ronen Katz, presenter of the afternoon program on the Haredi radio station 'Kol Berama', has been appointed head of the station's current affairs department.

 Katz, 36, one of the founding members of the Kol Brama radio station, began his career as a reporter in the news department. In recent years, he has covered politics and hosted the daily program "One Afternoon" - the lunchtime program of Kol Brama radio.

According to the latest TGI survey, the program is at the top of the listening chart among the current affairs programs broadcast on 'Kol Barama'.

Katz will continue to present the afternoon program and cover the political field.
