The 'Mako' website began publishing, starting this month and every month, the public's satisfaction index with the performance of ministers and members of the Knesset.

The survey, conducted by the research institute Panels Politics, was conducted among a total of 800 respondents over the age of 18, constituting a representative sample. 120 Knesset members and ministers were divided into four groups, and each respondent received a score from two hundred people.

The survey was conducted in the last week of October, and examined the public's satisfaction with the performance of elected officials during that month.

In first place in the ministerial index, came Health Minister Yaakov Litzman - with an average score of 6.2 - who is promoting a major revolution in the entire field of MRI tests, and promised to add 9 test devices that will shorten the waiting time to a maximum of two weeks. Another area that gave Litzman some credit points is the plan to ease the provision of medical cannabis.

In second place, by a fairly significant margin, comes Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked with a score of 5.4.

Third place went to Transportation Minister Israel Katz with a score of 5.3, who is promoting a series of measures that will connect the periphery to the center and has announced a reform that will make cars cheaper.

The top ten is rounded out by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu - with a score of 4.4 - who, while enjoying broad public support, received considerable criticism at the beginning of the current wave of terrorism.

Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon - score 4 - is far behind in 17th place.

The list of ministers is closed by Minister Aryeh Deri - score 3 - who resigned from his position to enable the passage of the gas plan.

In the index of Knesset members and deputy ministers, social Knesset members are placed at the top of the list:

Orly Levy-Abekasis from Yisrael Beiteinu is at the top with an average score of 6. As the chairwoman of the Knesset Housing Lobby, Levy-Abekasis is promoting a program that would allow young couples to purchase an apartment with an initial capital of only 10% and take out a mortgage on the rest of the amount (as opposed to the 30% initial capital that currently exists).

Immediately following her, by a small margin, is Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein, with a score of 5.9.

Shelly Yachimovich from the Zionist Camp also ranks high - with 5.5 - after this month she published her pay slip and demanded that the salaries of MKs not be increased, just as wages in the economy do not increase frequently.

The one who expresses disappointment is the chairman of the Finance Committee, MK Moshe Gafni, who is only in ninth place among the MKs, with a score of only 4.6.
