Where boredom can lead: During the marathon debates in the Knesset plenum, the chairman of the Economics Committee, MK Eitan Cabel, took the hat of Deputy Minister of Education Meir Porush and put it on his own head.

The new costume of the MK from the Zionist Camp, who previously studied at the 'Negev' yeshiva in Netivot with the late Rabbi Issachar Meir, caused bursts of laughter among the MKs, especially the Haredim, who were present in the plenary hall.

And so, while Meir Porush ignored what was happening and was busy with his cell phone, MKs Moshe Gafni, Meshulam Nahari, and Yaakov Margi found themselves amused. Margi even went over and spoke to the MK, who apparently got confused between Adar and Menachem Av.

Then Kabel removed the hat from his head and began checking, over and over, the name of the manufacturer and the size of the hat.
