Mushroom, onion and cheese pie

Ingredients:

2 large onions, chopped

2 baskets of fresh, sliced ​​champignon mushrooms

2 eggs

Half a cup of flour

A box of cottage cheese'

Half a box of crumbled Bulgarian cheese from Tsuriel Farm

Half a box of crumbled Safed cheese from Tzuriel Farm

2 tablespoons grated yellow cheese or mozzarella

A flat spoon of soup powder, salt and pepper

How to prepare:

1. Fry the onion in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown (I like to brown it). Add the mushrooms, fry further and season with salt.

2. Remove from heat and cool.

3. Transfer the mushroom and onion mixture to a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix.

4. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, for about 40 minutes.
