Israeli independence? PLO flag on a municipal school

A PLO flag has been flying in a school belonging to the Jerusalem Municipality for about a week and a half • Jewish residents of the Old City have contacted the Municipality - but the flag has not yet been removed

Independence in Jerusalem? Depends on who you ask. A watchdog agency reports that the flag of the PLO terrorist organization is proudly displayed on the Jerusalem Municipality school, located across from the House of Truth on Ma'alot Sha'ar Ha-Farachim Street.

According to the Jewish residents of the Old City, the flag has been hanging for about a week and a half, and the municipality has been informed about it several times - but it has not yet been removed.

Due to Independence Day, attempts by the Observation Agency to obtain a response from the Jerusalem Municipality were unsuccessful. If a response is received, it will be published.
