Residents of the Givat Shaul neighborhood were surprised: A huge stream of water suddenly emerged between the residential buildings in the neighborhood, rising to a height of 4 stories. This is what happens when a central water pipe bursts, apparently as a result of poor infrastructure work. Those who paid the price were the owners of 4 nearby apartments - which were completely washed away.
