Yoram Les, a Labor Party member of the 13th Knesset and former director general of the Ministry of Health, is concerned about the demographic development of the ultra-Orthodox public in Israel.

In a tweet he posted today (Sunday) on his X-network account, he tweeted: "In the tiny 'Ma'ayeni Yeshua' hospital in Bnei Brak, the same number of children are born every year as in the huge 'Sheba' hospital, and in the delivery rooms there, secular Zionism died with the encouragement of a suicidal state.".

""A 45-year-old woman recently arrived there and gave birth to her 21st child!""

He later added: "In fact, about a thousand more babies are born each year in 'Ma'anei Yeshua' than in 'Sheba'.".

When one of the surfers responded to him: "In another sector, a man has 8 children from every woman, from four women. This is against the law," the former CEO, who since retiring from the Knesset has returned to academia, responded: "Yes, but the other sector is tiny and does not pose a demographic threat.".

Surfer Oshi responded to him: "Your peers in the Haredi sector are going from joy to joy of great-grandchildren, and they are happy. And you are probably a lonely and resentful old man. You will continue to be resentful and we will continue to breed on your nose and anger.".

81-year-old Les replied: "In two months I will have a great-grandson.".

Another surfer commented: "You are mistaken. A large portion of the births in Tel Hashomer are also of ultra-Orthodox women. Unfortunately, you will not get to see Israel with a Haredi majority, but rest assured that this is what is going to happen.".

Social activist Yigal Malka, chairman of the Jewish Majority movement, responded: "Great news. You are essentially telling us who the future of the country is and who needs to invest in it, and who has given it up in favor of a comfortable life.".
