The Rural Affairs Administration in the Ministry of Construction and Housing is promoting a plan for a new settlement in the Eshel Hanasi area, which is expected to include 500 community housing units as part of an effort to strengthen and consolidate settlement in the Negev.
The plan is now expected to be discussed and approved by the National Planning and Building Council.
