Rescue forces called to the scene provided first aid to the victim and evacuated him to the Schneider Medical Center in Petah Tikva.
Dr. Josh Weisfield, a volunteer doctor at United Hatzalah, who arrived first at the scene: "His friends said that he was in the water for many minutes. I gave him respiratory assistance at the scene and then he was taken to Schneider Hospital in a confused state and his condition is described as serious.".
