A heated confrontation developed this morning (Wednesday) in a discussion in the Knesset's Economics Committee between MK Limor Sun Har Melech, who hurled harsh words at MK Yurai Lahav Herzno - who called her a "supporter of terror.".

""When I am a terrorist widow and you call me a terrorist supporter, it means you are a fundamentally evil person, a person who is morally corrupt," said Sun Har Melech.

Lahav Herzno replied to her: "You support terrorists, you support terror in the most literal way possible.".
The discussion dealt with MK Sun Har Melech's proposal to amend the Negev Development Authority law. The proposal seeks to include the Hebron Mountain Regional Council, the Kiryat Arba Hebron Local Council, and the Hebron Local Council in the activities of the Negev Development Authority.
After the heated debate, the chairman of the Economics Committee, MK David Bitan, removed from the debate MKs Lahav Herzno and Yasmin Sachs Friedman from the opposition, and MK Sun Har Melech from Otzma.
