The "Holy Reading" states that they rely on the instructions of those responsible for the Rashbi celebration, and that "everyone should try to limit their stay on the mountain to as few hours as possible, avoid crowding and pushing, and obey the instructions of the ushers.".

In their opening remarks, the members of the Council of Torah Elders and Sages write: "The great and holy day is approaching, the day of Lag BaOmer, the celebration of the divine Tanna, Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai, may his merit protect us, on which many of Israel used to go to the excellent Zion in Meron, to pour out a sermon before the hearer of prayer.

""The shadow of the heavy disaster that occurred on Lag BaOmer 5771 does not depart from the joy in Meron, and our eyes are raised in prayer to the One who dwells on high, and to the entire House of Israel, wherever they may be, and to ask for mercy, that all who come to Meron and those who return from it, may God protect them from all kinds of calamities that are stirring and coming to the world, may He lead them to peace and lead them to peace, and may He return them to their desired destination for a good life and peace.".

""Along with the prayers, the blood of forty-five precious souls from Israel cries out to us and inspires us to make good ways in everything that concerns the ascent to Meron on the day of Lag BaOmer. Each and every individual who intends to ascend to Meron must give his share for the sake of the common good. And the joyous celebration in 583 is fondly remembered, when we went out with a cry to revive a great people, and by the grace of God, the matter went well.".

""Therefore, we are also familiar with the instructions given by those involved in Meron matters, and our call is to those who ascend Mount Meron on Lag BaOmer – especially this year, when Lag BaOmer falls on a Friday, as in 5771, and therefore care must be taken to ensure that there is no crowding due to the lack of hours – to try to limit everyone's stay on the mountain to as few hours as possible, to avoid crowding and crowding, and to obey the instructions of the orderlies on duty to observe 'and guard yourselves for yourselves.'".

At the end of their letter, the Torah luminaries congratulate: "May the Creator, blessed be He, hear the prayers of His people Israel with mercy, and the cry of believing Judaism, whose Torah protects us and enlightens our eyes, and may we be worthy to see the continued prosperity of Torah study in Torah synagogues and yeshivas without hindrance, and may the right of the divine Tanna defend the cause of all Israel, who will be saved in eternal salvation by the coming of a righteous Redeemer soon in our days. Amen.".
