After the closing hymn of the holiday at the Tish in the courtyard of the Viznitz Hasidic community in Bnei Brak, the Rebbe spoke harsh words to thousands of his followers:
""People are walking around with embarrassment and confusion, there are harsh and terrible decrees here in the Land of Israel regarding military matters. They send letters to come and report to the recruitment office, and if they don't report - they threaten to take them to prison. People receive letters, first order, second order, third order. And it says there that their child has to report, and they don't know what will happen, and they are already thinking, here comes the police to take their son into custody.
""So first of all, we must not be afraid and trust in the Creator of the world, for the Keeper of Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. Just as the decree was annulled by the holy Baal Shem Tov (at the beginning of the Tish, the Rebbe spoke about the decree that the Baal Shem Tov annulled on the seventh of Passover), so too here today the decrees will be annulled and the foundation of the Torah will be raised in the Land of Israel.".

At this point, the Rebbe instructed the Hasidim: "Do not pay any attention to the letters that come from them. Each parent should treat the order as if it were a simple note ("פושטע שטלאה"), and not to pay attention to the letters from the army. Of course, as I said before, one should study Torah more and the decrees will be nullified.".
The Rebbe began singing "Glory and Faith for the Eternal Life," and when he reached the words "The Monarchy and the Government," he stopped singing and said: "They think that the monarchy and the government belong to them, that they govern the entire Land of Israel, but they forget that the monarchy and the government belong to the Lord of the Worlds - for the eternal life, and only to Him, and not to Benjamin (Netanyahu - S.H.).".
The Rebbe of Batish also said: "I recently learned of dozens of cases of renting apartments or selling apartments to unwanted people, which cause many obstacles in housing. There is a special committee for this, and apartments cannot be sold or rented without the committee's approval.".
