The military wing of Islamic Jihad released a new propaganda video today (Wednesday), showing the abductee Rom Breslavsky, who was kidnapped during the terrorist attack at the Nova party on October 7.

This is the first video in which he has been seen since his abduction, and is another sign of life from him after more than 500 days in captivity.

In the video, a fragment of which his family has authorized the publication of in a blurred form, Breslavsky says: "All day long I'm just itching and all day long I'm in pain, I don't even know what this disease is. My whole body is red sores that I don't even know what they are. All day long I suffer, I don't know what to do with my life. My mental state is beyond all criticism, my physical state is beyond all criticism. Where do you want to get to? What do you want to do with us?""

Breslavsky, 19, from Pisgat Ze'ev, worked as a security guard at the Nova party near Kibbutz Re'im on the day of the massacre. According to witnesses, he displayed extraordinary courage when he helped save dozens of participants.

Later, he tried to transport the bodies of two young women for fear that they would be kidnapped to Gaza, but a moment later an RPG missile was fired at them, and those present fled in all directions. Since then, his traces have disappeared.

Rom's family expressed deep concern for his medical condition. He suffers from severe asthma and was injured in both hands during the events.
