According to the report cited in Kan News, Units 190 and 700 of the Iranian Quds Force are responsible for arms transfers to Hezbollah - and two commanders oversee the arms transfers. Hezbollah's control of the Beirut seaport, through a network of collaborators, facilitates the smuggling.

According to the report, the person running the operation is the person in charge of Hezbollah's liaison and coordination unit, and Pik Safa, whom Israel unsuccessfully tried to eliminate in October.

The Western source told Al-Arabiya that the Lebanese state must act urgently against Hezbollah's plans for the Beirut port, and that Hezbollah's use of it poses a threat to foreign investments in Lebanon.

It was also reported today on the Lebanese channel LBC that since the establishment of the International Supervision Committee in Lebanon for the ceasefire, the Lebanese army has taken care of 500 Hezbollah military infrastructure and weapons depots south of the Litani River.
