The IDF confirmed this evening (Thursday) that the terrorist Abdel Latif Regev Gam'a Kanua, a spokesman for the Hamas terrorist organization, who also operated as a terrorist in the organization's military wing, has been eliminated.
The IDF spokesman's statement said: "Kanoa systematically used the media for propaganda purposes, psychological terrorism, and the dissemination of false information about the activities of the Hamas terrorist organization in the Gaza Strip and beyond. He served for years as one of the terrorist organization's main spokesmen, and as part of his role, he spread lies, incited terrorist acts, and promoted the organization's murderous narrative aimed at destroying the State of Israel.".
Last night, Hamas announced that the organization's spokesman was killed in an Israeli attack on his tent in Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip.
Al-Qanoa served as the official spokesman for Hamas in the Gaza Strip, alongside Hazem Qassem. He was one of Hamas's main spokesmen in Gaza and was considered close to the terrorist organization's leader in the Gaza Strip, Yahya Sinwar, who was eliminated.
