Ukraine: Bodies of Israelis killed in fatal accident near Kyiv released

A fatal accident occurred on Tuesday at 2:20 p.m. in the Glasivskyi area of ​​the city of Kiev, Ukraine.

A vehicle that lost control while traveling, for an unclear reason, overturned and the driver of the vehicle, a man about 40 years old, was killed at the scene. Another passenger, a young man about 22 years old who was traveling next to him, was critically injured and pronounced dead at the hospital.

Since the deceased held Israeli citizenship, Israeli Consul in Ukraine Kati Nachshon, in cooperation with the Israelis Abroad Division of the Foreign Ministry, worked to release the bodies and fly them to Israel for burial.
