Defense Minister Yisrael Katz issued an appeal to Gaza residents on Wednesday afternoon, calling on them to evacuate the fighting areas and assist in returning the kidnapped to Israel.
Katz warned: "Residents of Gaza, this is a final warning. The first Sinwar destroyed Gaza and the second Sinwar will completely destroy it. The air force attack against Hamas terrorists was only the first step. What follows will be much more difficult and you will pay the full price.".
He added: "The evacuation of the population from the battle zones will soon begin again. If all the Israeli hostages are not released and Hamas is not expelled from Gaza - Israel will act with intensities you have not yet known.".
