The 433rd LHAV Unit summoned MK Tali Gottlieb for questioning on the grounds that she revealed the identity of an Shin Bet agent, the partner of a left-wing protest activist who was stationed in Breslar.
Gottlieb did not appear for questioning and launched an attack on her Twitter account over the decision to summon her for questioning - while she has the immunity of a Knesset member.
""As I explained to the unit representative, I have immunity from criminal liability for any act or statement made within the framework and for the purpose of fulfilling my duties, and therefore I have no intention of appearing for questioning.".
She added: "The disclosure of the details of the dangerous Shikma Bresler's partner was done for the sake of and within the framework of fulfilling my duties. A Shin Bet employee whose partner leads a civil rebellion and encourages non-compliance and goes against the government in a dangerous and dangerous manner was obligated to disclose and expose himself.".
