The IDF investigation into the murder of the six abductees - Hirsch Goldberg-Polin, Eden Yerushalmi, Uri Danino, Almog Saroussi, Carmel Gat and Alex Lobanov - in the tunnel in Rafah on August 31 was delivered to their families yesterday.
This morning (Wednesday), Einav Danino, the mother of Uri Danino, was interviewed on the B network: "We must not forget that our army is doing everything. I was privileged to receive my son intact and bury him, that is not obvious.".
Einav, Uri's mother, said that the investigation "didn't reveal much. Unfortunately, the IDF cannot and does not know how to provide many answers. But it is a kind of small closing of the circle that I personally experienced yesterday.".

The families of the six kidnapped were told that the IDF did not know that there were kidnapped people in the tunnel area. Einav said: "I believe and know that if the IDF had known that there were kidnapped people there, it would not have approached or it would have been more careful.
""Three weeks before Uri's murder, I received a sign of life from him," Einav said.
She added that during the period that Uri was in captivity, they received a sign of life from him every three weeks: "We thought he was guarded and protected and would automatically come out. It was a disappointment. I believe that the IDF will learn a lesson and be careful to give any kind of expectation.".
Uri's mother shared that he survived about 11 months in captivity with an injury to his hand and that, "the IDF took great care of him.".
Einav said: "I can say that I was privileged to receive my son intact and bury him. It's not obvious.".
