About 700 orphans from all over the country, along with 4,000 of their family members, participated this week in a huge Mitzvah celebration organized by the National Insurance Institute, which was organized in the best tradition in recent years by 'Kollel Chabad', which has decades of experience in organizing particularly exciting and joyful Mitzvah events.

Among the young people who celebrated their coming of age at the Super-Land complex in Rishon LeZion were the children of 14 IDF soldiers who lost their fathers during the heavy fighting in the Gaza Strip, since the Simchat Torah massacre.

The entire event was accompanied by the 'Chesed Menachem Mendel' team, the educational division of 'Kollel Chabad', which accompanies the mitzvot boys throughout the year. The organization and production were overseen by Rabbi Mendy Marton, son of the unforgettable Hasidic Rabbi Itzik Marton, z"l, who was devoted to the affairs of the 'Kollel', and in particular the mitzvot events.

All family members enjoyed a variety of experiences throughout the day, from using all areas of the park, an open buffet rich in delicacies, to participating in an immersive and joyful performance. Throughout the day, workshops were held with rich content that captivated all participants. "The atmosphere was especially joyful," said one of the participants.

A unique complex captivated hundreds of bar mitzvah-makers, along with their families. In the complex, participants learned how to write tefillin on parchment, how to build a mezuzah house, how to make honey, and also the process of making candlesticks, baking challah for Shabbat, and other activities. The workshop complex was led by Rabbi Shmarya Harel.

At a festive stand, the mitzvah boys and girls were presented with valuable gifts. Special activities were held for the mitzvah boys and girls, with each group receiving personal and individual attention.

Also participating in the ceremony were Deputy Director General of the National Insurance Institute, Zvika Cohen, who spoke and brought the blessing of the National Insurance Institute, Deputy Director General of the Disability and Rehabilitation Division, Yarona Shalom, and Director of the Rehabilitation Division at the National Insurance Institute, Mashi Sandrovitch. The distinguished delegation was received by Rabbi Mendi Blau from the Chabad Kolel, who presented to them the festive and comprehensive program for the bar mitzvah boys and girls.

""In such a difficult time of incessant war - this moving celebration is a ray of light in the darkness," said the director of the 'Kollel', Rabbi Shalom Duchman, "This celebration is the best answer to the vile murderers. They tried to harm us - and we will continue building the fabric of our Jewish life. The people of Israel live!".
