No need to go to a Thai restaurant: a recipe for stir-fried noodles and tofu

Ingredients for 4 servings:

1/2 package Master Chef brand stir-fry noodles
1 package of diced tofu
3 tablespoons oil
4 tablespoons Master Chef soy sauce
4 tablespoons Master Chef sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons Master Chef teriyaki
2-3 tablespoons Master Chef Traditional Soy Sauce
1 carrot, cut into thin strips
1 cup thin strips of cabbage
1 red pepper, cut into strips
Optional: green peas/corn/beans

How to prepare:

1. Soak the tofu in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce for half an hour.
2. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
3. Heat oil in a large wok. Stir-fry the tofu for 2-3 minutes. Add the vegetables and stir-fry together for another 2-3 minutes over high heat.
4. Add the sauces: soy, teriyaki and sweet chili. Add the noodles and stir-fry together for a few more minutes.
5. To serve: Garnish with cilantro, green onions and sesame seeds.
