Yolan Cohen, a reporter for News 12, lost a bracelet that was very dear to her five years ago.

Yesterday, Cohen and her mother prayed for the finding of a completely different missing person - and this morning (Sunday) she received a surprising call from her friends at News 12.

Guess what? They reported to her that her lost bracelet from five years ago was discovered among the bushes in Neve Ilan.

And this is what she wrote on her Twitter account: "5 years ago I lost a bracelet that was very dear to my heart, a bracelet my parents bought me with the best of their money. Yesterday during the family visit, my mother and I recited a prayer to find a lost object - to find another object. And now 5 years later, I receive a surprising call from my friends at the system, that the bracelet was found among the bushes at the system in Neve Ilan.

""I don't know about you, but I was excited.".

Surfer Amor Chaim asked: "What is the prayer? Did Rabbi Binyamin say?""

Yolan replied: "Yes" - and Haim responded: "Always working.".

Walla Baranga editor David Wertheim responded: "It reminds me of a similar story by Miri Michaeli (the presenter of the i24NEWS channel edition) about a diamond ring.".

After some supposedly 'enlightened' surfers mocked her, Cohen tweeted: "On a very popular opinion: Following the criticism that I, mercifully, believe in prayers and virtues - I am always surprised by those who call for pluralism, but with a wave of the hand dismiss and ridicule views and beliefs different from theirs. So yes, I kiss mezuzahs proudly and you will be surprised to hear that there are many more like me, oh and they are also educated, enlightened and even liberal.".

So what is prayer? And what do we do?

There is a tried and tested remedy for finding a lost object, to recite the midrash "Rabbi Benjamin said" three times (Midrash Rabbah, Genesis 53:14):

Donate 100 shekels to charity, for the repose of the soul of the holy Tanna, Rabbi Meir Baal HaNes, and recite the prayer "Rabbi Binyamin said" three times -

""Rabbi Benjamin said, everything is considered a sum of money, until the Holy One, blessed be He, enlightens their eyes. From here, God opened her eyes, and she went and filled her heart.".

[And some say this: Rabbi Binyamin said, everything is considered a sum of money, until the Holy One, blessed be He, comes and opens their eyes to the future to come]

""God, Damir, answer me, God, Damir, answer me, God, Damir, answer me.".

""By the virtue of the charity that I donate to the upliftment of the soul of Rabbi Meir Baal HaNes, may his virtue protect us from finding the lost thing that I lost.".
