3 tablespoons rice vinegar or regular vinegar or lemon juice
4 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon chili puree
1 tablespoon fish sauce

Preparation method:
• Cut the cabbage and other vegetables into thin slices and arrange in a bowl.
• Before serving: In a small saucepan, boil the sauce ingredients and pour over. Toss the cabbage with your hands to incorporate the sauce into the cabbage. Sprinkle over toasted sesame seeds, toasted in a dry pan, and sprinkle over.
