On the occasion of the holiday of redemption on the 12th and 13th of Tammuz, which is celebrated in Chabad Hasidism on the day of the release from prison of the sixth Rebbe - the late Rebbe Rayatz, Chabad singer Yisraelik Bash launched his own version of the huge hit "Redeem" - which broke through borders and sectors, in anticipation of a complete redemption very soon.

Israelik says: "Already 11 years ago, my friends in the yeshiva composed the words of anticipation for redemption on the theme of Shlomo Katz's familiar light and energetic melody. There was magic and an overwhelming atmosphere to it.

The yeshiva had a room with acoustic partitions designed for delivering Torah lessons over the phone. We entered it in the middle of the night and recorded a performance.

Friends passed it around on their mp3 players and it spread like wildfire. We sang it at every event, keyboardist Yossi Cohen from Crown Heights played it at Chabad's Simchat Beit Hashoeva, and Mandy Jerofi officially recorded it and it just flew away.

""I am now happy to officially present to you my rendition of this huge hit. Enjoy!""
