
• 3 eggs
• A container and a half of white cheese 5%
• Half a cup sour cream 9%
• 1/4 cup white or brown sugar
• 2.5 tablespoons cornstarch
• A teaspoon of vanilla extract
Ingredients for the cake topping:
• Half a cup of sour cream 9% (we will use one cup of sour cream in total)
• 1.5 tablespoons sugar, white or brown
• Strawberry basket
• A pack of blueberries
Preparing the cake:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Separate the eggs
3. In a mixer, beat the separated egg yolks with the sugar.
4. Mix the whipped cream with cornstarch, white cheese and add the teaspoon of vanilla extract.
5. Transfer everything to a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the cake is browned on top.
6. Remove from the oven and cool slightly.
7. Mix the cream and sugar well and spread in an even layer on the cake.
8. Refrigerate for several hours in the refrigerator.
9. Before serving, sprinkle the washed and dried fruit over the cake.
