Selling nonsense in tomato juice: Rubi Rivlin's new job that caused embarrassment

נשיא המדינה לשעבר ראובן ריבלין, שכיהן בין היתר גם כיו"ר הכנסת,  לוקח חלק בקמפיין שימורי עגבניות של חברת 'יכין'. הקמפיין מעורר, כצפוי, דיון בשאלה: עד כמה ראוי שנשיא לשעבר יקח חלק בקמפיין שיווקי מסחרי. בפרסומת לא נראה ריבלין עצמו, אך קולו נשמע אומר: "עגבנייה היא הרבה יותר מעגבנייה", ובסרטון אחר: "יכין, הרבה יותר מירקות". בתכנית 'קלמן ליברמן' ברשת ב' אמרו צמד המגישים: "הנשיא העשירי של מדינת ישראל ראובן רובי ריבלין - פרזנטור של שימורי עגבניות. זה מעלה הרבה שאלות. השאלה המרכזית היא כמובן מה הוא חשב לעצמו. האמת שאם לא החברה הספציפית הזאת זה היה יכול להיות קמפיין למשרד החקלאות".
