The candidate of the Great Men of Israel and the Righteous of the Generation for mayor of Elad, Rabbi Israel Porush, continues to garner support across sectors and committees.
This was with the publication of a rare letter from the Grodno Rosh Yeshiva, the generational arbiter, Rabbi Zilberstein, when they were joined in a rare way by the devout Kabbalist Rabbi Dov Kook from Tiberias.
In a letter written by the Grodno Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Drevkin Shlita, it was written, among other things, that "our generation has been blessed by our rabbi, Rabbi Lando Shlita, who carries the burden of the generation and the world of Torah, and as he testified, after examining the entire matter, Rabbi Lando decided that for the future of the city and its spiritual character, it is necessary to support and vote for mayor for the candidate Rabbi Yisrael Porush, who has already proven in all his actions in the city that he has increased the activities of the Torah and its teachings, and that the spiritual situation there has greatly improved.".

It was later written that following these words, "it is absolutely necessary to act and operate for the sake of increasing the glory of God.".
This letter was joined by the Posk Hador Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Zilberstein, Shlita, who added that regarding the fulfillment of the words of Maran Grad Lando, it was said, "And to him you shall listen.".
After the letter was published, the Kabbalist tzaddik Rabbi Dov Kook Shlita requested to attach his personal signature, adding in his own handwriting "In addition to a blessing of success.".
The important and dramatic support, which affects many residents of the city of Elad who listen to the words of the Tiberias tzaddik, was also joined by his wife, Rebbetzin Kook Talita, who wrote that she wholeheartedly joins in the holy call "to support the Jewish rabbi who does so much good in the city. Please help us help the people of Israel," the Rebbetzin wrote.
