
Gluten-free doughnut recipe - for about 16 doughnuts
3.5 cups flour - gluten-free blend
6 and a quarter tablespoons of sugar
1.5 tablespoons dry yeast
2 cups of water –
One-fifth cup - canola oil
1 teaspoon salt
Place the gluten-free mixture, sugar, and dry yeast into the mixer bowl and mix at low speed.
While stirring, add the liquids to the mixer for 2 minutes.
Add the salt, mix on medium speed for another 5 minutes, until you get a uniform dough.
Baking conditions: Baking temperature: 205-215 degrees Celsius
Baking time: about 11-14 minutes.
