Components:

1 pint Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream, slightly softened
175 grams dark chocolate chips
2 teaspoons coconut oil

Ideas for additions: Candied ginger, chopped natural almonds, chopped popcorn, hibiscus flowers, coconut, candies, chia seeds, cocoa nibs, peanut butter powder and more

Preparation instructions:

1. Fill 6 popsicle molds with chocolate brownie ice cream. Use a spatula or spoon to fill the molds. Put the lids and sticks in place and freeze the popsicles to set for 2-4 hours.

2. While the popsicles are frozen, make the chocolate glaze by combining the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds at a time until the chocolate is melted and smooth. If it is too hot, it is important to allow it to cool slightly.

3. Prepare the toppings so that they are accessible and ready to use immediately after dipping and drizzling the chocolate on the popsicles.

4. When everything is ready and the chocolate is liquid, but not too hot, remove the popsicles from the mold and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. One by one, dip the popsicle or drizzle the chocolate over it as desired. Choose your favorite toppings and sprinkle over the chocolate.

5. Finish dipping and decorating all the popsicles and return the mold to the freezer for about 30 minutes to an hour to allow the popsicles to harden. Enjoy!
