Wider: 'Which rabbi authorized the BB businessmen to cut the budget for treating rats?''

Yaakov Widar, a Likud member of the Bnei Brak city council, launched an attack this morning (Thursday) against the mayors of Bnei Brak - claiming that those he calls "Bnei Brak municipal officials" are urgently requesting approval tonight of cuts, among other things, in the budget for cleaning and treating rats. Widar attacked the municipal conduct - and wrote: "It is very urgent for municipal officials to convene the city council for an urgent discussion, just hours before the submission of the lists for the elections. What happened?" According to him, "We must urgently pay huge debts of tens of millions of shekels that have also accumulated interest and linkages, as a result of their catastrophic management. As usual, they are passing the bill to us, the residents. "But pay attention to where they plan to take the money from: a significant reduction in the budget for cleaning and treating rats (!), a reduction in the budget for securing educational institutions, the cancellation of a large part of the activity for struggling youth, a reduction in the budget for Chabad institutions, and more." The council member promises: "Just before they flood the city with pictures of the great men of Israel, I will demand that they answer the public this evening the simple question - who is the rabbi they consulted with and who approved this plan for them?" About two hours after the news was published, Vider tweeted: "And there is already very good news: After I published the activists' evil plan this morning, they panicked and have now decided to completely cancel the city council meeting tonight.
